BBQ roasted Spring onion

Peel the blackened outer layers to reveal the soft and sweet centre, add  your salt and lemon to taste.

Stuffed lamb

Locally sourced lamb stuffed with feta served on a bed of shaved fennel and zesty orange. 

VE - Stuffed falafel 

Crisp herby and moreish, Stuffed with Vegan cheese on a bed of shaved fennel and zesty orange.

Mozzarella with chargrilled grapes and basil

The promise of summer on a plate. Creamy Mozzarella paired with super sweet warm grapes, basil adds a heady edge to this light but luxurious dish.

Chicken Marbella

Norfolk chicken thighs roasted with prunes, Spanish olives, capers, garlic and oregano for a flavourful Mediterranean-style dish served on a butterbean mash with chargrilled hispi cabbage.


VE Cauliflower Marbella

A riff on the original, roasted cauliflower is brought to life with this tangy and sweet sauce perfectly complemented by butterbean mash and chargrilled hispi cabbage.

Pistachio and chocolate cake
