18/04/25 MENU - A taste of Mexico
We love the vibrancy of Mexican cuisine and Helen learned how to prepare some of these classic dishes from her Mexican friends. This week's menu was a pleasure to prepare... we were sure to make a little extra and enjoy it ourselves!
STARTER - £6
Mexican prawn cocktail
Dive into a vibrant and refreshing starter with this Mexican twist on a old favourite: fresh prawns paired with tangy and zesty tomato and mango salsa, complemented by smooth avocado.
Vegan Mexican prawn cocktail
As above but with Vegan prawns, ensuring everyone can enjoy this flavourful starter.

Smoky chicken tinga
Plant-powered vegan jackfruit pilbil.
Served with rice, blue corn tortillas and hearty refried beans, for a perfectly balanced and satisfying meal.

Chocolate chilli pudding
Indulge in a smooth and creamy chocolate pudding finished with lime and chilli.
For a simpler treat, plain chocolate is available on request.
